Melissa Santoro is a Strategic CFO and Governance Advisor with more than 20 years of experience operating at the intersection of Finance, Strategy, and Organizational Transformation. She has led financial strategy across Fortune 500 enterprises and high growth businesses, overseeing multi-billion-dollar operations, scaling new ventures, and supporting complex business evolution.

She partners with CEOs, founders, and boards to strengthen the financial and governance foundations required for sustainable growth enhancing strategic decision making, capital planning, organizational design, and operating discipline as companies navigate critical inflection points.

In addition to her operating experience, Melissa is an active angel investor and board participant focused on supporting high growth and underserved founders. She contributes to diligence efforts through a nationwide angel investor network and mentors early stage companies through Techstars. This combination of operator experience and investor perspective brings a disciplined, enterprise value lens to her advisory work.
